Lakeside pavilion set among wetland greenery at Lonavalley

Selected with intention. Backed by clarity.

Why we shaped Lonavalley the way we did.

The idea

Most people are sold a plot. We wanted to offer a place.

Lonavala has long been where the city goes to breathe. But buying land here too often means uncertainty — unclear titles, scattered plots, no plan for what comes next. Lonavalley was conceived to change that.

We assembled a single, contiguous parcel and masterplanned it as one landscape: roads that follow the terrain, a river kept at the centre, generous open space, and plots oriented for light and view. The result is land you can buy with confidence and build on with imagination.

Landscape first

Designed around the land, not over it.

Mature trees retained. Natural drainage respected. Avenues that turn with the contours instead of cutting straight through them. The site was planned so the landscape stays the hero — long after the homes arrive.

What we stand on

Four commitments behind every plot.

01

Clear title, clean paperwork

Every parcel comes with verified, transferable title and transparent documentation — so ownership is never in question.

02

Infrastructure before you build

Internal roads, water, power and drainage are planned and laid as part of the development — not left for you to solve later.

03

A community, by design

Shared amenities, gated access and thoughtful planning turn individual plots into a neighbourhood that holds its value.

04

Built for the long view

Lonavala's growth corridor, paired with limited land, makes Lonavalley an address to grow into — for living or for legacy.

“We didn't set out to sell square feet. We set out to give people a head start on the life they're planning.”
